I have been working as a Crisis Counsellor, Suicide Responder and Sexual Assault Responder since 2018, providing over the phone and in person counselling and support. Through my Master’s program I worked with youth, providing therapy in various school settings and immediately upon graduation I went right into providing trauma therapy for individuals. I have been providing clinical counselling and therapy since September of 2019.
As a survivor of sexual assault, with lived experience struggling with mental health, I developed my practice to be able to help and support others in a non-judgmental way. I want everyone to have a safe space and consistent support to be able to have control of their life again.
Outside of the office, I am a mother, avid car enthusiast and love to spend my time with my family and exploring the outdoors.
