Kimber Castillo

Practicum Therapist

Trauma, grief and pain can be overwhelming to deal with alone. Connections are built when you can be heard without prejudice or judgment, and healing can happen within the context of a strong therapeutic relationship.

I have a unique background, having moved here from the Philippines with my family when I was 15 years old. I am happy to conduct sessions in both English and Tagalog. I am also a veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force. I have worked in a community resource centre since 2022.

I have experience working with children, adolescents and families struggling with socioeconomic oppression and intergenerational trauma. I hope to use my skills to support your healing and growth. You do not have to work through your challenges alone; I am here to work with you.
