Neurofeedback (B.Ed, CRTS)
NeurOptimal® is an advanced neurotechnology designed to train the brain to function at peak performance levels; thus reducing undesirable symptoms and enabling you to perform more optimally in your life.
Retrain your brain, balance the body!
NeurOptimal, is an Electroencephalographic (EEG) neurofeedback technology which uses a computer to train your brain to be more flexible (or resilient) by encouraging it to change itself. As a result of this neuroplasticity, NeurOptimal trains the brain towards optimal functioning thus reducing undesirable symptoms enabling you to perform more optimally in your life.
NeurOptimal can benefit all brains from newborn to elderly. High functioning executives to those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, ADHD, stress, chronic headaches, pain, fatigue, TBI, cognitive decline from again. This non-invasive alternative to mainstream treatments (like talk therapy or medication), may be of benefit to you.
Throughout my life, serving others has been my joy and passion. From helping my students over the years to be their best selves, to my more recent adventure with a wellness company. Assisting others with their health and wellness journey.
Over the last few years I have felt and seen many positive shifts in my life and my physical and mental health. To the point where it has become almost addictive and exciting with the anticipation of “how much better can it truly get?” I was introduced to NeurOptimal and it has been a game changer for me. Being able to mentally adapt more quickly, being flexible, and more resilient to change comes with ease now instead of struggle.
I believe that no one should have to walk through life carrying the weight of stress or trauma. I want to help others feel free, calm, light, happy and joyful!
I love spending time with my greatest blessings, my three children! We recently adopted a rescue pup, so lots of cuddles, training and walking. I try to enjoy most of my time outdoors, barefoot (not in the winter of course). I love walking, hiking, biking, skiing, hockey… I spend a lot of time on the beach rejuvenating near the water, with my feet in the sand.
“I lovingly and willingly release that which no longer serves me in a positive and progressive way”.
