As a yoga therapist, it’s my honour and privilege to connect with people who are living with persistent pain and assist them in finding greater ease and peace within daily life.
Honouring the wisdom of our own bodies, the ancient tradition of yoga and the latest of what we know about pain science, I support you in bringing about self-healing and lasting change. Movement, stillness, and breath are offered as invitations for you to find ease and peace, experience less or no pain, reduce anxiety and depression, get better sleep, and increase energy and vitality throughout the day.
