I am a Registered Massage Therapist, committed to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to express their needs, feel heard, and escape from their busy schedules. I am passionate about helping others and advocating for positive mental health and wellness. I use a compassionate and client-centered approach to massage therapy – whether you want to chat during treatment or relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, I will let you take the lead in creating the massage experience you need the most.
I am passionate about overall health and well-being, encompassing physical, mental, social, and emotional components. Massage therapy has the unique ability to positively affect all aspects of health and wellness through helping to alleviate pain and tension associated with musculoskeletal conditions, reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing energy levels, improving immune function, lowering heart rate/blood pressure, and soothing anxiety/depression. I have a fluid but firm massage style and I like to incorporate the use of hot towels, optional aroma, and relaxing music into the massage experience. As someone who has struggled with anxiety for most of my life and can often find everyday stressors overwhelming, massage is something I have found that helps me feel some relief. The fact that I am able to help others feel the same sense of relief is something I find very personally meaningful. I strongly believe in the positive effects of massage therapy on all aspects of one’s health and well-being and am excited to be a part of your massage journey!
