How I Work

Craniosacral therapy can help balance the natural rhythms of the mind and body. It involves facilitating the body’s own natural capacity when trauma(both physical/emotional) or disease processes become overwhelming for the system. It is a light touch approach that releases tensions deep in the body and therefore allowing the entire body to relax and self-correct.

My Story

My passion has always been preventative health and helping others find harmony in mind/body/spirit. In the last 25 years my personal journey in holistic wellness and receiving craniosacral therapy for several years brought me to a place of optimal wellness, peace and clarity. I want nothing more than to help others on the journey to live their best life…

Outside the Office

My passion is holistic wellness and outside my office time I enjoy hosting Women’s holistic health events in Manitoba. My family is my biggest pride and joy. With 3 grown kids in the house my husband and I cherish the quality time to enjoy our busy household before they all leave the nest! And with time to spare I make sure to get out and do the other things I love…exercise, meditation and spending time with friends to LAUGH and enjoy life.

Stress stimulates change in the body such as the release of chemicals or the activation of the inflammatory response.
