When we can’t sleep, it is usually a sign that our system is trying to navigate through a very upsetting situation in our lives and is getting stuck like a skipping record player, CD, or when our internet isn’t buffering a video we’re watching. If we don’t sleep, our body does not have the time to repair and if it doesn’t repair then it starts to malfunction.
