Safe Harbour Therapy is a holistic professional wellness centre providing stress relief for the body, mind, and soul.

Finding help can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not feeling well.

In 2003, Julie Long’s eldest brother, Brad, lost his struggle with depression when he took his own life. Navigating the system to find help during that time was difficult.

In an effort to simplify the process of finding help so people can feel better and move on with their lives, Julie Long created Safe Harbour Therapy.Our understanding of trauma and how the body heals led to the offerings of  holistic, effective therapies all under one roof so all you have to do is focus on healing.

At Safe Harbour Therapy, we offer: Art Therapy, Neurofeedback, Dietetics, Life & Wellness Coaching, Clinical Social Work, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR & Brainspotting Psychotherapy, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mediation, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Yoga, Raindrop, and Career Counselling.

It’s an inviting, comfortable, and safe place to heal in whatever capacity is right for you. We all know there’s a stigma about asking for and receiving help.

Knowing that, we’ve aimed to make the process of feeling better more manageable by paying attention to the little things that make a big difference in your healing journey.
